Lead by Queen Mother I of the USA Danielle Logan , Trans+ Initiatives exists to advance the dignity, visibility, and empowerment of transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals across the International Court System.
Through collaborative leadership between the Trans+ Empowerment Committee and the International Trans+ Advisory Board, we cultivate safe, affirming spaces that center trans+ voices, foster meaningful dialogue, and build community across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
We are committed to education, advocacy, and systemic change, developing inclusive programming, training leaders, and guiding policies that ensure respectful representation and equitable participation at all levels of Court culture. By uplifting lived experiences, supporting trans+ leadership, and honoring key moments in our community, we strive to create a Court System where all gender-diverse individuals are recognized, celebrated, and empowered to thrive.

The International Trans+ Advisory Board of the International Imperial Court System promotes inclusivity, visibility, and empowerment for transgender individuals by providing education, resources, and policy guidance. It also advises on recognizing transgender monarchs and ensuring respectful representation in Court traditions.

The Trans+ Empowerment Committee is a standalone affinity committee of the International Court Council dedicated to advancing trans+ advocacy initiatives within the ICC organizational structure while creating safe, affirming, and supportive spaces for transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals across member courts across Canada, United States, and Mexico. The Committee's primary vehicle for community engagement is the Trans Coffee Talk (TCT), a facilitated safe space and discussion series designed to foster understanding, education, and connection among 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals the court community. The Trans+ Empowerment Committee has grown into a significant presence within the broader International Court System, coordinating Coffee Talks in cities across the System
The Committee is responsible for the recruitment, training, and coordination of event facilitators, with an emphasis on ensuring that trans and non-binary voices lead these conversations. Members work collaboratively to develop facilitator training materials, establish best practices for managing difficult or confrontational discussions, and maintain consistent standards of safety and inclusivity across all events. Beyond individual events, the Committee actively advocates for greater trans+ representation and inclusivity within ICC/ICS policies and court culture, pushing for systemic change from within the organization. Members also track and acknowledge key dates on the transgender community calendar, including Transgender Day of Visibility, Transgender Awareness Week, and Transgender Day of Remembrance, and work to ensure that The International Court Council recognizes and celebrates these occasions. Guided by a commitment to centering the dignity and lived experiences of trans+ people, the Committee serves as both an educational resource and a catalyst for lasting, structural advocacy within the larger Court community.
