Social Justice Warrior, Activist, Producer and Performer!.... These are just a few adjectives that characterize the Absolute Empress 60 of San Francisco, Drag Out the Vote Ambassador and aspiring Queen Mother II of the ICS/ICC.
My leadership skills coupled with vendor negotiation and relationship management experience and community engagement make me a prime candidate to help the organization and by extension, the individual courts move, transform, grow and continue the legacy of Mama José Sarria.
As a Monarch, I was able to, with my Emperor
As a Drag out the Vote Ambassador
It is my belief, and of many, that we are at a crossroads and in the midst of major transformation that will either strengthen our courts and the system, or left as they are, die a most unceremonious death. That we cannot allow. While I was not seeking this, it seems as I have been called to duty to step up, bring joy, unity and continuity to the system, while finding a new balance for our courts. The umbrella has broadened and the tent is BIG ENOUGH for ALL OF US!
I’ve also had extensive leadership experience in the following non-profits:
Cheer San Francisco (1999 - 2016)
Gay Games (2002 - 2014)
San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus (2006 - 2017)
Work Experience
In closing, I hope that you will consider me as your candidate for this Titular Head role. May we have a fruitful Queen Mother election season.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Alexis Valerio started as the female illusionist Alexis Nicole Whitney in 1993 and quickly cemented her place in the drag scene. However, a severe case of meningitis put her in a coma for 2 weeks and her heart stopped twice. Doctors told her she may never walk again. She lost her vision fully. But Alexis proved them wrong and regained her mobility. She joined the ICS in San Antonio in 2002 under Emperor XII Jon Z and the following year Monarchs XII Keana Lord and Ken Big Johnson invested her as Imperial Princess. They inspired her to one day be Empress and Heir to help people around the country by performing at charity events. She did this a few years and after 15 years as a female illusionist came out as a trans woman in 2007. She started mentoring and advocating for other trans individuals before moving to Houston in 2011 and soon became a favorite host and show director. Alexis also holds the 2 national pageant titles of Miss Unlimited 2012 and of All American Goddess At Large 2017. She used her platform as a national title holder as well as a charity title holder to bring awareness to community issues such as HIV. As Goddess, she raised money for the Red Ribbon Campaign. Alexis joined ERSICSS in 2015 as Imperial Princess under Monarchs XXXI Angela Mercy and Susan Hayes. She and her best friend MyKey Whitney then stepped up in 2020 as Monarchs XXXVI. They were awarded Monarchs of the Decade. Alexis joined the ICC 3 years ago, served as President of ERSICSS and is currently the Vice President. If Alexis motivates people to live authentically and pursue their dreams, she will know the battle was worth it.

A founding member of the Imperial and Sovereign Court of Winnipeg and All of Manitoba, serving as Trustee, Current (and longest serving)President, and 5th elected Empress, Empress Sabrina H. Seville has been an active and integral part of the ISCWAM since its inception in 1997.
Elected over 20 years ago, Sabrina is one of the most well known, influential, supportive, and appreciated Empresses of Canada. Through her continued community outreach, involvement within the Courts of Canada and the ICS as a whole, The International Court Council and her personal (and professional) relationship(s) with almost every Canadian Court and its Monarchs from coast to coast to coast, Sabrina embodies what it means to be a Monarch; and more importantly – a leader.
Throughout her decades of activism and evolution within the ICS, Sabrina has become a champion of progress for not just Winnipeg, but for all Courts and Communities. Under Sabrina’s leadership, through thoughtful conversation and dialogue, education, and growth, she has helped facilitate positive change and reconciliation within her own Court membership; ushering in a new age of community involvement, activism/advocacy, and a renewed sense of fun, purpose, and relevancy.
Highly decorated and accomplished, Sabrina is the recipient of numerous “Sister, Ultima, E to E, and Queen Mother” titles, awards, and citations; and has had the honour of representing several Courts and Reigns as Half Empress during her tenure.
However, Sabrina is greater than the sum of her parts. She exudes warmth, confidence, and a dedication to serving her community that is seldom seen. Through her acts of selfless love and kindness, hard work, and determination, Sabrina inspires others by uplifting and elevating everyone to stand as equals.
Sabrina is many things to many people and goes by many names. Father/mother, friend, and husband.
But you can call her Baba.
